Biography
Born Van Nuys, California. Admitted to California State Bar and U.S. District Court, Southern District of California in 2010. Education: University of California at San Diego (B.A., Cum Laude); Thomas Jefferson School of Law (J. D., 2009, academic scholarship recipient). Former President of Sports Law Society at TJSL.
Ms. Brien has been an attorney with Rosenthal Law Corporation since 2010. She is highly active in estate planning and handles the majority of the firm’s estate planning clients, ranging from small estates to complex estates of over $90 million. A great deal of estate planning involves family counseling, something Ms. Brien enjoys, and values. Ms. Brien is also active in real estate and business law, and is a strong advocate for finding alternative solutions to litigation.
