RICHARD M. ROSENTHAL

Born Hollywood, California, April 30, 1951. Admitted to California Bar and U.S. District Court, Central District of California in 1977, and U.S. Supreme Court in 2000. Education: University of California at Los Angeles (B.A., 1972); University of LaVerne, College of Law (J.D., 1976). Licensed Real Estate Broker; former Judge Pro Tem, Los Angeles Municipal Court; Former Instructor, Business Law, Santa Monica City College. Member: State Bar of California Real Estate Section. Former Member: Planning Commission–City of Agoura Hills, California. Former Member:  Board of Directors–Encino Hospital, Encino, California. Presently General Counsel for the Los Angeles Paralegal Association.

Mr. Rosenthal has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, real estate transactions, entity formation and business law. He is also active in health care and entertainment law. In the health care area, he represents medical professionals in connection with the establishment and sale of medical, dental, and orthodontic practices. Mr. Rosenthal’s entertainment practice includes venue owners/operators, concert promoters, producers, writers and several radio stations. Mr. Rosenthal is on the Lawyer Referral Panel of the California Association of Realtors. Previously, Mr. Rosenthal served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Agoura Hills.
